Our staff currently work in Defence and hold NV1 clearances, so we understand the need to provide timely, efficient training at the correct security level. Scholastic Training Programs
We offer a range of specialised services tailored to equip adolescents with essential resilience skills and modified biathlon training to support both mental strength and physical excellence. Our programs are based on the use of ECOAIMS laser or optical systems and we can either aid you with the program, or help with training the trainer so that you can run the program internally.
Online Training
LETS can produce SCORM Packages to complement your current LMS, or provide an LMS for you. This will allow your staff to meet training needs at their convenience.
Workplace TNA and Development
Through a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis, our staff can analyse and overhaul your current training systems to identify training gaps. LETS can then use this data to design and develop training programs contextualised for your organisation to ensure optimisation.
